Front & Rear Elevations

Side Elevations & Roof Plan
Two-dimensional drawings of the house exterior, from both sides. Details include doors, windows, exterior materials such as siding or brick, window heights. Roof plan shows all hips, valleys & roof slopes.

Foundation Plan
Dimensioned plan detailing the location and size of footings, slabs, brick shelves reinforcing steel,.direction and size of ceiling joists, Laminate beam locations, specifications covering soil pressure, concrete strength, and requirements for the contractor to follow accepted practices. All based on CABO codes.

Foundation & Framing Details
Details of exterior and interior grade beams, framing, porch supports, cornice, overhangs, lumber specifications, bracing, connections, insulation and framing specifications. We also provide a building section: A vertical slice through the house when needed for complicated framing.

Electrical Plan
Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, smoke detectors, cable TV and telephones.

Mechanical/HVAC Plan
Specifications, notes, air handler details and plans showing the locations and size of HVAC units, compressors, vents, grills, cfm flows, attic access and clearances.

Interior Cabinet Elevations (on request)
Interior views of walls and cabinets to define the unique features included in the basic design, such as vanities, cabinets, islands, sloped ceilings, mirrors, millwork.

Plot Plan
Plot plan showing survey of property lines, streets, setbacks, side yards, utilities, rights-of-way, proposed residence, lot number and physical address.
