All of our house plans are drawn to the new louisiana building code that was enfoced after Hurricane Katrina. This building code is the I.R.C. 2006.
Our house plans can get thru your permit office in the state of Louisiana. If you are building in the wind zone with 110 mph and above, your plans will have to require the engineering required by your permite office.
