This Louisiana Acadian style floorplan features split Open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 & 3/4 baths. This plan features nice sized bedrooms with spacious walk-in closets. The brick wall on the rear porch is setup for your future outdoor kitchen with a gas line and water line. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a study which could be used for your home office, or convert to a formal dining. We designed a side entry for friends and family to utilize. The bonus room is great for the kids to play and keep the noise to a minimum, away from the main living areas.
